Technologies and tools used
Front-end & Back-end Development
My work focuses on the development of the website from a provided graphic mockup, analyzing the existing design to propose any changes, and developing the layout as agreed upon, thus ensuring effective implementation in line with project expectations.
Based on the needs of the project, I take care of customizing both the back-end and the front-end of WordPress at various levels. I often work on features already provided by the plugins used or write custom code to achieve the desired result.
On the front-end, I frequently integrate external JavaScript libraries for graphic effects or to make API calls, and I make customizations on plugins (such as shortcodes and custom hooks). I try not to limit myself to the characteristics of the tools in use, but to adapt them to achieve the established objectives.
On the back-end, I take care of the organization of the content, managing taxonomies and custom post types, as well as configurations for multilingual. I work so that users do not encounter limits in content management.
For a few years now, I have been using visual composition tools such as Elementor, Breakdance, Gutenberg, etc. more and more frequently. I really appreciate their versatility; Although they seem limited, they are actually very flexible. In fact, it is possible to manage every aspect in detail and make customizations when necessary.
I call this approach “integrated” because, in this context, I regularly write custom PHP functions on the back-end side, integrate graphical effects via external JavaScript libraries, and, of course, apply CSS customizations (in particular, I use SCSS). Through this approach it is possible to execute “pixel perfect” layouts and at the same time it is possible to contain costs and development times.

In my professional practice, I offer two main modes of collaboration to adapt to my clients’ needs:
Project Mode
I provide complete estimates that include all aspects of the work. I specify deadlines and debugging and support activities included in the estimate.
This approach is ideal for clearly defined projects with set time frames.
Hourly Rate.
I charge a competitive hourly rate. I provide regular detailed reports showing all activities performed and effort devoted.
This mode is suitable for more flexible or evolving projects.
In addition, I carefully evaluate special conditions for long-term relationships, adapting costs according to your needs and the type of collaboration.
